December 13, 2017 My overall experience in this Art Network I class this semester was good, interesting, and challenging. However, I wish I accomplished more or did better on certain projects.  Although, since I made some mistakes, I learned from them.  The ones I was more interested in and would love to revise are the class project, What Art Network is, the interviewing one, and the mini documentary. With the first project where we demonstrate "what Art Network is" by collaborating ideas, using visuals, acting, etc. During post production the audio was too loud to the point where it was hard to hear the actress speaking. I realized I need to work on adjusting audio. For the personal interview project where I worked with Matthew Dalton, we both made a mistake when we were asking each other questions, he and I looked away from the camera rather than look into or towards the camera. I learned that is not the correct way to do it. When it came to compositing the mini doc...

December 13, 2017 Today was our last class and we presented our final cut. Revisions are due on Friday for those who want to improve their pieces.  I am come a long way, however, I still have more to go.  I plan on adjusting the music, taking out the logo, placing in more broll in order to fine tune everything. Here are some screen shots from the final piece.

December 5, 2017 I presented the rough cut and still have some refining to do before the final piece. I need to add music, sounds, more broll, and the list goes on.  My team and I are now putting our package together along with a separate file to deliver for the final pass. Here is a preview of screen shots from the rough cut.

October 25, 2017 Dalton and I interviewed each other on camera about our life stories on how we both came to Ringling. We had a great time getting to know one another more personally regarding our art backgrounds.  We both condensed the footage to about a couple of minutes. Here is a screen shot from interviewing him.

November 29, 2017 Next week the first rough cut is due.  I am almost done with editing the piece. I am considering to add sounds, music, motion graphics, etc. for later on. I am collaborating with Ina Koekemoer, Jack McCaffrey, and Paul Deitling to create a promo package to combine all of our pieces together into one grand final! We have divided the Graphics Package where I do the closing, Ina created the animated logo, and Paul created the logo itself. Here are some stills from our package.
